To continue tightening his grip on negotiation, Blake visited Cambridge, Massachusetts to attend the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School; he has gained valuable insight from the program’s esteemed course to help navigate a sells transaction to the closing table with the least amount of resistance. Blake’s signature approach involves the following: encouraging new techniques, using captivating photography, artistic deliveries within marketing, and ensuring all homes reach specific targeted audiences.

Donna is passionate about the needs and goals of her clients. She has made a high level of commitment to her real estate education, having been mentored by some of the most highly acclaimed real estate coaches in the industry. She has become the “go to” agent and a consistent leader with a reputation of relentlessly protecting her clients’ interests.
In her free time, she loves being with her family and is an avid reader. She resides in Santa Rosa Beach, FL with her husband of over 30 years and has three, wonderful children.
As a true local, Paul was born and raised along the Gulf Coast. After meeting his wife, Donna, they made the decision to head East and officially call Destin their home. They made the move in 2003 and have loved raising their family on the Emerald Coast ever since. Paul comes from a 20-year marketing and sales background, making real estate a natural choice during his career transition.
With experience in marketing, sales and negotiation, he completes every transaction with ease. In 2011, he became a member of the 100% club; awarding financial achievements that more than double the industry average. Paul is an avid member of the real estate community, having trained to become a CDPE, or certified distress property expert- someone who provides guidance and solutions via short sales to those avoiding foreclosure.
